What to do?

Okay..So there is this guy, who i really like. We have been dating for about a month. And there are these people who keep saying he is gonna break up with you! im like okay? And im getting so confused! I hate it! But this guy is a total sweetheart! And he knows how treat a person. I am just getting lost! Like i spent the night with him, and he was a sweet heart and everything, but he never kissed me or anything. I get how he is soo nervouse but dont you think after hanging out with me bout 17 times he would atleast have warmed up to me? I mean he hasnt tried anything! But i talk to his best friend all the time, and he says he is a very confusing guy. Like there is no way a guy could go that long with a girlfriend and not try anything. Are we right or wrong? I mean it just kinda bugs me? But its his choice. I am not gonna make the first move. Unless he hasnt tried anything by 2 months, then i might just try somthing. But who knows? Things could change.
